Proudly assisting buyers and sellers for over 25 years in Caledon, Brampton, Orangeville, Erin, Mono, East Grafraxa, Adjala, New Tecumseth, and King.Christel and Paul immigrated from Germany in the early 1980’s and have been living in Caledon East since 1988, raising a family of 3 kids and loving every minute of it.
Christel’s background was in the Pharma retail business in the old country. She started her Real Estate Career in Caledon just after the market crashed in 1991. It was hard at first but as the saying goes, when the going gets tough, the tough get going. Paul joined Christel as a Husband and Wife Team in 2003. Robert joined The Sachs Team in 2008.
Besides raising her family, Christel has developed the necessary expertise, skills, systems, and work habits, to get top dollars for Sellers, often times above market value, while at the same time finding and negotiating excellent deals for Buyers. Her real strength are her excellent memory and work routines that prevent unpleasant surprises.Christel is an expert with Town and Country residential, commercial, and investment properties.
